Suezann is an award-winning CEO, CFO, NED and board adviser and a chartered accountant. Before founding ScaleXP she held FD and CFO roles from large listed corporations, including Virgin Media and Virgin Mobile, to early-stage Tech Track 100 companies. She has a BA in computer science from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from Wharton Business School and an MA from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.

Marjorie is an experienced financial adviser. Her career includes bank credit officer in New York, valuations and corporate finance adviser on Wall Street and in the City of London, and finance manager roles including finance director. She studied politics, sociology and economics at Princeton University and has an MBA with a focus in finance from Wharton Business School.
